Dear Isabella -
I can't believe that you are 3 years old already, when you were born someone told me "the days are long, but the years are short." How true this is! You are no longer a toddler and a baby. Which you remind me of every time I call you baby. You are such a sweet girl. You always want to snuggle with both Dad and me (although you prefer it be Daddy), you love your new brother and want to constantly give him kisses and hugs. All your kisses have to be followed by a very tight hug with everyone. Grandma Meikle used the term exuberant with you and it's the perfect word for you. You love to sing (every thing can be made into a song with you - you must have gotten this from your Great Grandma Kathryn), informed us you already know how to dance so you don't need to take dance lessons, and you love your "Grandma Kim and Grandpa Dan" next door. When you come home from day care, the first thing you want to do is run next door to see them.
You love to dress up and wear crowns, earrings, and your princess dresses. You often sleep in Snow White's dress. You are a great helper and want to help with everything. You help put Grayson's diapers on, you help make German pancakes, and your favorite helping of all is to help make banana bread with Daddy. You have decided that you don't need naps, you just need snuggle time so you can be "refreshed."
You are quite the talker and it's non stop. You keep daddy and I laughing every minute of the day. Recently you've found an imaginary friend called Abby. She does things that you would get in trouble for doing.
We love you so much and are so glad you are part of our family. You keep life around here so exciting and entertaining.
Love, Mom and Dad
At your 3 year check up you were 27 lbs (50th percentile) and 31" tall (37th percentile).

Such a sweet girlie! I love the picture of her!
That is so sweet...and it is so hard to believe that she's 3!
I love that she has an "imaginary friend". Jack had one at about that same age, her name was Megan. She was a part of our family for about 6 months, then one day, she was just gone.
Give Bella a birthday hug from us...we love you!
What a beautiful birthday princess! It's hard to believe she's three!! I can't wait to hear what fun things she discovers this year. I remember when Ella turned three I couldn't imagine that she could be any more fun, but it turns out I was wrong. I am sure you will find that to be the case with your sweet Bella. Give your little twinkly birthday girl a hug from me.
she is darling holly! time sure does fly. your little family is so darn cute!
